She particularly enjoys helping people ground themselves, reconnect with their bodies, and tap into self-compassion in order to better handle their lived experiences.

Emma operates from a Humanistic approach to psychotherapy while utilizing skills associated with various established theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gestalt therapy. If you are a client working with Emma, your needs, opinions, and hopes will be valued and uplifted to the best of her abilities to move towards your desired progress. Emma is currently accepting clients of all ages and walks of life.

Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University, Malibu.

Graduate-level training at the Boys and Girls Club of Malibu Wellness Center, a mental health organization that provides affordable therapeutic services to individuals associated with the Malibu and Santa Monica school districts, as well as the general public of California

Received training in a variety of therapeutic models and approaches, assessment tools, and ethical standards of mental health practices.

Gained experience working at a residential eating disorder treatment program, where she supported adults who struggle with diagnosed eating disorders and associated mental health challenges.
