SPECIALTIES & THERAPY APPROACH
Child ~ parenting ~ Family Dynamics ~ Life transitions ~ Relationships
I support children, teens, couples, and families who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to navigate challenges at home or school. Whether it’s anxiety, academic pressure, peer relationships, or family conflict, I work collaboratively with clients to better understand what’s going on beneath the surface and to find ways of responding that feel more supportive and aligned.
THERAPY APPROACH
Relational, attachment based & Play therapy
I believe growth begins with feeling seen, understood, and accepted. Rather than focusing on what’s “wrong,” I focus on each person’s strengths and capacity for change. I view children and families as unique, and support parents in understanding their child’s individual needs so they can respond in ways that feel both attuned and effective. Not every struggle needs to be pathologized—often, it’s an opportunity for insight, connection, and growth.
My work is grounded in a relational and attachment-based approach, with an emphasis on play therapy when working with children. I believe play is a child’s natural way of communicating and processing emotions, and I use it to support emotional awareness, regulation, and connection. I also integrate evidence-based practices such as mindfulness and cognitive behavioral strategies to support practical skill-building and emotional growth.
Across all ages, I believe our past experiences shape how we see ourselves and relate to others. Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity while building tools that support meaningful, lasting change.
