I bring an empathetic, nurturing presence and a strong belief in the power of unconditional positive regard. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel deeply seen and heard—especially during life’s most challenging moments.

Rhiannon is passionate about helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship dynamics, and identity development with compassion and curiosity. At the heart of her work, Rhiannon believes that healing happens in relationship—both with others and with ourselves.
THERAPY APPROACH
Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally focused Therapy
Rhiannon works from a foundation of psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. These approaches support individuals and couples in understanding their inner worlds, healing from past wounds, and building more connected, authentic relationships.

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Columbia College Chicago, Master’s Degree in Psychology from Antioch University, and graduate training at The Center for ProfessionalCounseling and Airport Marina Counseling Services. There, I gained experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety and trauma, as well as couples dealing with communication and relational challenges.
