THERAPY APPROACH

DBT & PERSON CENTERED THERAPY

Minerva’s compassion, understanding, and unwavering commitment to see other people succeed is what drives her mission to help people make the positive changes they need in their lives to bring out their most authentic selves. Her focus on DBT and Person Centered Therapy allows her clients to know they come first, and it is in their power to make the appropriate shifts to enhance their lives.

I believe we all need to be compassionate and share a smile with one another because even the happiest people in the world struggle. It’s what makes us human. Nonetheless, the right therapeutic tools and guidance can go a really long way.
